  • I didn’t receive my Invoice for my 02 Business Mobiles, where can I access this?

    02 are now encouraging their customers to register online under my02business.This allow you to regularly check and monitor your bill. If you wish to get set up online contact us direct and we will set you up. We will require your current email address to set you up online.

  • We currently have our Business mobiles with you, can we move our Landlines and Broadband too, as we would like one bill for all our Telecommunications.

  • I am thinking of changing to Pay & Go from contract, what are the disadvantages?

    The main disadvantages for Business customers who move to Pay and go are:
    1. To retrieve voice messages as a pay and go customer will cost you money. It’s FREE for contract customers. 2. Calls to EU including southern Ireland would go from current rate of *8p per minute on a business tariff to *25p per minute on Pay & Go.

  • How long will it take to get my replacement?

    Replacement handsets take 24 hours once 02 receive confirmation for replacement handset. This also depends on stock levels.
